HOW CAN I DETERMINE WHEN MY VEHICLE IS DUE FOR ITS NEXT SERVICE?
The recommended service interval is every 5000-7500 miles depending on the year and model. We also offer a Service Menu for more details
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT WHEN BRINGING MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE?
We recommend that any service (other than an emergency) should be scheduled to ensure your service is performed as quickly as possible. For your convenience, you can schedule service online here.
I DID NOT BUY MY VEHICLE FROM FINDLAY PRESCOTT; CAN YOU STILL SERVICE MY VEHICLE?
Absolutely. As an authorized GM dealer, we will service vehicles for clients who did not purchase from us. We also service non-GM vehicles.
DOES FINDLAY BUICK GMC PROVIDE LOAN VEHICLES?
We do provide loan cars by appointment (when available); when scheduling your service appointment and securing your loan car, all you need to provide is a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and a credit card. Your credit card will only be charged for any violations as outlined in the Service Loan Agreement during the duration of your loaner. We also have a shuttle available.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE OR INQUIRE ABOUT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY?
Our experienced staff of service advisors have all the information you need to make an informed decision on the purchase of an extended warranty.
HOW DO I DROP OFF MY VEHICLE BEFORE OR AFTER HOURS (EARLY-BIRD)?
Dropping your vehicle off after hours is easy. Findlay Buick GMC has an early-bird drop off box. Please leave your vehicle under the covered service drive and deposit your key in the drop off box located in the service drive area.
MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?
You should call our body shop so we can guide you through the process of working with the insurance company. We can help answer all of your questions and assist you with scheduling an appointment and with arranging a rental vehicle. Findlay Collision Center is a certified collision repair center and works with all insurance companies. Remember, it's your choice on where to have your vehicle repaired.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD MY TIRES BE ROTATED AND BALANCED?
Tire experts recommend a tire rotation every 5,000 miles. Tire pressure should be checked every few weeks.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD AN ALIGNMENT BE PERFORMED?
Alignment should be performed every 15,000 miles or 1 year, whichever comes first.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A RECALL ON MY VEHICLE?
If you think there is a recall call us to schedule an appointment. There is no charge to you. If the fix is available we will fix your vehicle as soon as you can get it in. If we have to order a part we will advise you as to when to come in to get it taken care of.
