Disappointed :( This was my Go to shop, rightly so , I purchased my first ever car here! Why not make it my own Right? :( Needed a simple tune- up, Paid almost 200$ Even with my "Buick Rewards Points", Yes I included wheel Alignment , balance/Rotate tires. After service I notice the "oil life ", was only at 65%, Tire pressure was the same showing low pressure, also noticed wheel cap missing . I contacted "Cody", "Findley BuickGMC", He requested photo, in which I happily submitted , Never responded back. Spent lots of money here for car service , Did not expect this..:( Cody did confirm all services were performed on my vehicle after I questioned my concerns with photo of missing wheel cap , with no reply or call ?So Idk?? "Scratching my head", ☹️
