Confirmed Service Customer
I did not feel important even though this is the second vehicle I have brought to this dealer. I have brought my vehicles here for service for at least 3 years. This last service appointment was disappointing. I made an appointment on a Wednesday (when they weren't hacked so they were able to make service appointments). I arrived two days later (Friday) after driving for an hour, to learn that the dealership was hacked and they could not perform my service appointment. Troy (front desk) informed me they were all at work, but couldn't perform any functions. One of those functions was not making a phone call to inform me they would not be able to keep the appointment. There was no apology for my unnecessary drive there and back. During the service, I was shown a lug nut (?) that was on my tire, but had been stripped when my tires were rotated. It took 3 service technicians and Troy to question me as to where my oil was changed last. I informed them it had been done there. According to Troy's computer, my oil was last changed there in March of 2023. I questioned him as to why they would put a sticker on the inside of my windshield informing me I would need to change the oil in 11 months! Troy was looking at the previous vehicle I brought there. I had to be adamant about the oil service or I would not have been treated with what respect I did receive. When they realized they were the technicians who had stripped the nut, one of the technicians (tall, dark-haired) threw it into the trash can with force. Troy said it was their issue, so they would pay the $15.00 to replace the part. As I drove off the lot, I turned my air conditioner on and it sounded like a 747 engine in my vehicle. I drove back to the dealer and stated the issue (the technician had not completely vacuumed the inside where he changed the filter). After I drove for about 15 miles, I turned the radio on and they had messed up my face. Fortunately, I was able to fix it. GMC FINDLAY IN PRESCOTT, AZ HAS OFFICIALLY LOST MY BUSINESS.

Very friendly fast and efficient service. They said it would take around 3 hours and it was about 2 I had a recall and oil and tire rotation.
