Confirmed Service Customer
Had another warning light come on. I scheduled a service appointment and took it in. I was told it was a glow plug issue once again and it was now out of warranty so Paid the bill to Up-Date the Glow plug program. Not sure what that means as the truck has been running on the old program since 2022 just fine. Well pick up the truck was told all good and the light comes back on during my drive home. Taking it back to try it again. I guess my time is not worth anything to GMC. But I do want to say that the motor looked great after they cleaned it up after leaving the dipstick out after my oil change. We can do better GMC.
