Very friendly fast and efficient service. They said it would take around 3 hours and it was about 2 I had a recall and oil and tire rotation.

On my first visit I spoke with Brandon. He was very friendly & understanding about the fact that I was just beginning to explore the new safety features in the Acadia & hadn't decided to buy a new one. He was very knowledgeable in helping me compare the features of my 2020 Acadia Denali with the features of the '24 & '25 models & very honest about the pros & cons of a trade. A month later when I decided that I might trade with the right deal, I called Brandon to schedule a time to meet with him. He was going to be out of town on the day I had planned to do this, but he recommended another sales representative who would be available. Thus, I met with Mara who is knowledgeable & friendly with a great personality & a caring manner. She's a good listener & was attentive to my needs & wants. She was very thorough & understandable in her information & explanations, not only as we looked at & discussed an appropriate vehicle, but also during a lengthy test drive. Mara made certain that I understood the features in the vehicle & that I was comfortable with them. She answered all my questions or sought out the answer. She is undoubtedly committed to taking good care of her customers. All the staff at Findlay's that I encountered were extremely knowledgeable, competent & friendly. I was "super impressed" with the teamwork approach, especially between Brandon & Mara!

Larissa was great as a problem developed with our 25,000 mile service as we drove in with a nail in the right rear tire. Larissa handled it very well and had another tire delivered the following day communicated with us extremely well and had the courtesy vehicle take us home.
